The founder of NOW Real Estate is Principal Broker BRIAN McCAFFERTY. He has been selling real estate now for over 16+ years. In 2009, his intuition told him it was the right time to introduce another real estate firm to the New York market:  a firm that focuses on Customer Service, a firm that helps owners and buyers navigate the huge quantity of information available online and a firm that respects and acknowledges the fact that we help people with some of the largest, if not the largest, financial transactions of their lives. Brian’s experience in the music and publishing industries handling millions of dollars of sales enables him to hear what his clients need and deliver it to them. As overwhelming as New York real estate can be, the bottom line is it’s one buyer and one seller getting to an agreement, and an experienced broker is essential in helping everyone negotiate that agreement. With his own background in education, and his 20-year career teaching in New York University’s Continuing Ed program, he likes to say he helps teach people how to buy and sell real estate.
